Delivery area and charges

Only addresses in the United States can be used for delivery. Standard Shipping is included at no cost on every US purchase; a minimum order value is not required. The address entered at checkout should be complete and correct.

Dispatch and estimated arrival

Please plan for preparation of 1–2 business days and, after shipping, an estimated transit time of 4–6 business days. We calculate both using business days excluding weekends and US federal holidays. Unexpected carrier or delivery interruptions can change arrival timing.

Tracking and delivery support

Shipment tracking is provided by email to the contact address on the order after dispatch. Promptly notify us of address mistakes; a parcel in transit may be beyond correction. When delivery is delayed, lost, damaged or made incorrectly, we can review it with the carrier after receiving your order number, tracking record and helpful photographs.
