Return eligibility

To open a return or exchange request, supply an order number or other evidence of purchase within 30 days from delivery. This service covers eligible unused items kept in their original condition and original packaging.

Return transport and problems

For an approved change-of-mind or problem-related return, we provide a prepaid label or another approved return method at our expense. Contact us before posting it. Reports of damage, defects, missing parts or incorrect delivery should identify the order and include photographs where available. Returns go to our business address below unless our instructions provide a dedicated return address.

Refunds and amendments

After receipt and approval following inspection, allow up to 10 business days for us to issue the refund to your original payment method. Any subsequent bank posting delay is additional. Orders already being fulfilled may not be changeable, so request cancellation or amendments as soon as possible before dispatch. This policy leaves legally protected consumer rights intact.
